We provide an array of holistic services, which provide life changing experiences and programs that respond to the diverse community needs. Our services are constantly changing and expanding to meet the needs of the Crooked Creek area. Specifically serving the northern most center of Indianapolis, located just West of North Michigan Rd and 71st Street.

  • Hoosier Healthwise / Medicaid / Advantage referral Information.
  • Mental Health Counseling referral information.
  • Domestic Violence Counseling and crisis intervention is available by appointment.

United Christmas Service & Holiday assistance is available to clients in the Crooked Creek area during the holiday season. Families, churches and other organizations "adopt" families. Holiday Store / Toys for Tots enables clients to shop for toys and clothing for their families. The U.S. Marines, area schools and churches supply items
